Our unique SmartPace pace bands combine a pacing strategy and adjustments specific to your course to provide a minute-by-minute game plan for race day. You don't run an even pace, so why should your generic pace band stay the same mile after mile? Is your first mile really the same speed as your last? What about a brutal 200ft climb?

We think you should pace with a plan for the race. Start slow, build a cushion, hit the wall. If it takes an extra 30 seconds to get up Heartbreak Hill at Mile 21, you need to plan to run 10 seconds faster for 3 miles before you get to Newton.

Choose from one of our proven "SmartPace" strategies (read more) or customize your own, and then choose your race. Your bands will have pace adjustments to fit the terrain of your particular course, whether it is Boston or a small race in Kansas.

Each order comes with 3 different goal times that you choose and some words of inspiration. These self-adhesive wristbands are printed on waterproof and tearproof paper that will last longer than you. We've helped thousands of runners keep on pace.
