Enter your time goal and distance, then hit the big green button to view a SmartPace band in action, read about our pacing strategies and see how we can help you race smarter.

Our unique SmartPace pace bands combine a pacing strategy and adjustments specific to your course to provide a minute-by-minute game plan for race day. You don't run an even pace, so why should your generic pace band stay the same mile after mile? Is your first mile really the same speed as your last? What about a brutal 200ft climb?

We think you should pace with a plan for the race. Start slow, build a cushion, hit the wall. If it takes an extra 30 seconds to get up Heartbreak Hill at Mile 21, you need to plan to run 10 seconds faster for 3 miles before you get to Newton.

Choose from one of our proven "SmartPace" strategies (read more) or customize your own, and then choose your race. Your bands will have pace adjustments to fit the terrain of your particular course, whether it is Boston or a small race in Kansas.

Each order comes with 3 different goal times that you choose and some words of inspiration. These self-adhesive wristbands are printed on waterproof and tearproof paper that will last longer than you. We've helped thousands of runners keep on pace.

Visit our SmartPace info page for details on our pacing strategies, tips for using a pace band, GPS pointers and our SmartPace calculator.

We also have new 2XL pace bands with larger print!

success stories

I have to say I have now run 3 races with your pace bands and I will never run without one. Each time I came in under my goal time, and each time I know I could not have made my goal without it!...I have told a lot of people in my running group about Races2Remember and I know it's catching on here in Dallas. I'll continue to do so! Thanks for helping me with "our" PR.

I have to say the best part of your product was the blurb on 'garmin creep' and also the tip about setting up my Garmin screen w/ those three data points that you recommend. Actually I used lap pace, lap distance and total time (not total distance) and that worked great.

Thanks again...I think your business is SO wonderful...glad I found you!!!

I can't say enough about your pace bands - they were FABULOUS!!! It was so nice to 'take it easy' the last two miles.

As someone with an engineering background, I find the combination of the pace bands along with my Garmin GPS (310XT model with heart rate monitor and cadence sensor) a good way to "tune" my performance.

It was an awesome, awesome experience and my pace band was so critical. I honestly don't think I would have been able to conserve the energy necessary to finish so strong without it! I will try to get into Boston 2012 and will certainly wear a pace band again to keep me organized.

I took off 33 minutes from my last marathon. I felt great running at the slower pace and I didn't feel pain until mile 24, which by then I knew I made my goal. Thank you so much. I had an awesome race and I know it was a lot of help from following the warm up pacing band.
